Dermadoctor Poetry In Lotion – My Skin Saver

I had tried to use St Ives Green Tea scrub & after 2 uses got the worst Rosacea breakout ever so my housemate gave me her bottle of Dermadoctor Poetry In Lotion to use. OMG this has been a life saver, even after the first use, the rosacea breakout was significantly reduced.

Poetry In Lotion contains 1% pure retinol (which is one of the highest percentages in an over the counter product) t0 help reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, age spot, and blotchy skin discoloration. The awesome thing about this product is that the retinal contains a anti-irritant complex to help minimize the side effects normally associated with retinal such as peeling.

It is recommending that you use it every second night until your skin gets used to that, but I am a rebel so I completely ignored that warning & experienced only the tiniest amount of peeling & that was with my stupid sensitive skin plus the fact I can’t use a manual scrub any more because of the rosacea.

I have only been using it for 2 weeks so I can’t comment on the fading of pigmentation (which I do have) as I haven’t been using it long enough, but my rosacea breakouts have been minimised & I haven’t had any more appear, my skin is less oilier & so much more smoother.

Dermadoctor Poetry In Lotion RRP$75 US

It’s also pretty reasonable price wise, it’s $75 US from dermadoctor.com but that gives you 30ml & you only need 1 or 2 pumps. I’m happy to pay for a product if it’s going to work, it’s just when the product doesn’t live up to it’s claims that I resent paying a lot of money for something. I’ve tried a few of the Dermadoctor products & I’ve not been dissapointed with any of them.
